Ingredients

  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Whole Milk
  • 1/3 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 tbsp Jamaican Dark Rum
  • 1 tbsp Bourbon
  • 1 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Nutmeg
  • Pinch of Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolk and brown sugar until creamy.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the whole milk and heavy cream until lightly steaming.
  3. Slowly pour the warm milk into the mixing bowl, whisk until smooth.
  4. Add the rum, bourbon, vanilla, spices, and vanilla ice cream. Whisk for 2 minutes.
  5. Strain the mixture into a serving glass. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve cold.
