Ingredients
- 5 oz. strong black coffee
- 0.80 oz. coffee liqueur
- 0.80 oz. dark rum
- 1 tsp golden caster sugar
- ice
- 0.80 oz. double cream
- 1 coffee bean
Instructions
- Pour the strong black coffee into a heatproof glass or mug.
- Stir in the coffee liqueur, dark rum, and golden caster sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the double cream.
- Shake the shaker a few times until the outside feels slightly frosty.
