- 1.50 oz evaporated milk
- 1.75 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 oz cream of coconut
- 2 oz heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.50 oz white rum
- Ground cinnamon (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a heat-proof bowl over simmering water, whisk the egg yolk and evaporated milk until warm and coats the spoon.
