  • 1.50 oz evaporated milk
  • 1.75 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 oz cream of coconut
  • 2 oz heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.50 oz white rum
  • Ground cinnamon (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a heat-proof bowl over simmering water, whisk the egg yolk and evaporated milk until warm and coats the spoon.
