Ingredients
- 1/8 tsp brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 3/4 tbsp caramel syrup
- 2 oz Champagne
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
- Dip the rim of a champagne flute into a small amount of caramel syrup, then press it into the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Let it dry with the glass upside down.
- In a separate glass, stir together the apple juice and caramel syrup.
- When ready to serve, pour the apple caramel mixture into the prepared champagne flute, filling it 1/3 of the way.
- Top off the flute with champagne.
