Ingredients

  • 1/8 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 3/4 tbsp caramel syrup
  • 2 oz Champagne

Instructions

  1. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl until well combined.
  2. Dip the rim of a champagne flute into a small amount of caramel syrup, then press it into the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Allow the glass to dry upside down.
  3. In a separate glass, combine the apple juice and caramel syrup.
  4. When ready to serve, fill the champagne flute 1/3 of the way with the apple caramel mixture.
  5. Top off the flute with Champagne.
