Ingredients

  • 3 oz white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butterscotch or caramel schnapps
  • 2-3 thin slices of red apple (such as Gala)
  • 2 oz ginger ale, chilled

Instructions

  2. Add the apple slices, and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour to infuse the flavors.
