Ingredients

  • 0.02 oz dried cannabis
  • 1 cup whole milk, divided
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp raw almonds
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 8 black peppercorns
  • Dried rose petals (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225°F.
  2. Spread the dried cannabis on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 14-16 minutes until fragrant and lightly toasted.
  3. Transfer the toasted cannabis to a blender and add 1 cup of whole milk, sugar, raw almonds, rose water, fennel seeds, ground cardamom, ground turmeric, kosher salt, and black peppercorns. Blend until frothy and smooth.
  4. Add the remaining 1 cup of whole milk to the blender and blend again until the sugar is dissolved.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan and simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes. Let it cool.
  6. Divide the mixture among 8 small glasses filled with ice and top with dried rose petals.
