Cannabis-Infused Cardamom Rose Milk
A creamy and floral cannabis-infused milk beverage with cardamom and rose flavors, ideal for spring celebrations.
Ingredients
- 0.02 oz dried cannabis
- 1 cup whole milk, divided
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp raw almonds
- 1 tsp rose water
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 8 black peppercorns
- Dried rose petals (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 225°F.
- Spread the dried cannabis on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 14-16 minutes until fragrant and lightly toasted.
- Transfer the toasted cannabis to a blender and add 1 cup of whole milk, sugar, raw almonds, rose water, fennel seeds, ground cardamom, ground turmeric, kosher salt, and black peppercorns. Blend until frothy and smooth.
- Add the remaining 1 cup of whole milk to the blender and blend again until the sugar is dissolved.
- Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan and simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes. Let it cool.
- Divide the mixture among 8 small glasses filled with ice and top with dried rose petals.
