  • 1/2 oz hot water
  • 1 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 oz London Dry gin
  • granulated sugar (for glass rim, optional)
  • 1 lemon peel (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and hot water until fully dissolved.
  2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the lemon juice, gin, and honey syrup.
  3. Cover the shaker and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until well-blended and frothy.
