Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cream soda
- 1/2 oz butterscotch schnapps
- 1/8 oz vanilla vodka
- 1/2 packet unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 tsp butter-flavored extract
- 1 tbsp caramel drizzle in a squirt bottle
- 1 tbsp gold colored sugar sprinkles
- 1 tbsp thick jarred caramel topping
- Squirt whip topping for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, pour the cream soda and sprinkle the unflavored gelatin evenly over the top. Allow the gelatin to bloom for 5 minutes.
- Gently heat the cream soda over medium heat for 3 minutes, ensuring the gelatin is completely dissolved. Do not boil.
- Turn off the heat and stir in the butterscotch schnapps, vanilla vodka, and butter-flavored extract.
- Carefully transfer the liquid to a large glass measuring cup with a pourable spout.
- Fill the shot glasses, leaving a 1/4 inch at the top, and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
- In a shallow dish, pour the gold sugar sprinkles, and in a separate bowl, place the thick jarred caramel sauce.
- Dip the top rim of each jello shot into the thick caramel, then into the gold sugar sprinkles.
- Add squirt whipped topping onto each jello shot and drizzle with caramel topping.
