Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strong hot coffee
  • 3/8 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons PB2 with chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons confectioner's sugar
  • 1/8 cup Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1/8 cup Kahlua or Patron Café
  • Garnish: chocolate shavings, whipped cream, buckeye

Instructions

  1. Divide the hot coffee into a mug.
  2. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine 1/8 cup warm milk with PB2 and confectioner's sugar, then shake well. Divide the mixture between mugs.
  3. Measure 1 tablespoon each of Godiva liqueur and Kahlua and add to the mug.
  4. Rinse the jar and add the remaining 1/4 cup milk, then shake for 30-60 seconds to create foam. Microwave the jar without the lid for 30-45 seconds to stabilize the foam. Use a spoon to hold the foam in the jar and pour the hot milk evenly into the mugs.
  5. Spoon the foam onto the top of the coffee.
  6. Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a buckeye if available.
