Ingredients

  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons golden caster sugar
  • 1/4-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice
  • 1 1/2 oz Cachaça
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. In a glass, squeeze the lime wedges to release the juice and then drop the wedges into the glass.
