Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 2/3 oz cherry brandy
  • 1/2 oz brown creme de cacao
  • 1/6 oz Kahlua
  • Float of heavy cream
  • Maraschino cherry
  • Grated chocolate or cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place a maraschino cherry into a cocktail glass.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker or jug with ice, then add the bourbon, cherry brandy, creme de cacao, and Kahlua.
  3. Stir the mixture for 20 seconds, then strain it into the cocktail glasses.
  4. Carefully float a little heavy cream over the top of the cocktail.
  5. Sprinkle grated chocolate or a little sieved cocoa powder over the cream.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
