Bourbon Bittersweet Bliss
A delightful blend of bourbon-spiked coffee with caramelly Amaro Averna, herbal Gran Classico, and rich crème de cacao, topped with spiked whipped cream.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tablespoon Gran Classico
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 ounce Averna
- 1/2 ounce bourbon
- 1/2 ounce high-quality crème de cacao
- 1/4 ounce Gran Classico
- 4 ounces hot coffee
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk heavy whipping cream, Gran Classico, and sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Preheat a mug by filling it with boiling water.
- In a measuring cup, combine Averna, bourbon, crème de cacao, and Gran Classico. Stir well.
- Discard the hot water from the mug. Pour the bourbon mixture into the mug, then add hot coffee and stir.
