Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon Gran Classico
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 ounce Averna
  • 1/2 ounce bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce high-quality crème de cacao
  • 1/4 ounce Gran Classico
  • 4 ounces hot coffee

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk heavy whipping cream, Gran Classico, and sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. Preheat a mug by filling it with boiling water.
  3. In a measuring cup, combine Averna, bourbon, crème de cacao, and Gran Classico. Stir well.
