Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups unfiltered apple cider
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 1/2 oz bourbon
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Start by reducing the apple cider in a small saucepan until it's reduced by half, then let it cool and refrigerate.
- For the maple whipped cream, whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gradually add the maple syrup and continue whipping until soft peaks reappear. Refrigerate until serving.
