Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 2 to 3 drops bourbon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- pinch of nutmeg
- 3 to 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Place ice in a coupe glass to chill and set aside.
- In a shaker, pour the Bourbon and simple syrup.
- Add two to three drops of vanilla extract and the egg white from a large egg.
- Shake vigorously for thirty seconds.
- Add three to four ice cubes to the shaker, close it tightly, and shake vigorously for another ten seconds.
- Discard the ice from the chilled coupe glass and strain the cocktail using a Hawthorne strainer.
- Garnish by sprinkling a pinch of nutmeg on the foam.
