Ingredients

  • 5 oz dry rosé wine
  • 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 oz brandy
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz granulated sugar
  • 1 ripe but still firm peach, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 oz club soda
  • ice

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine dry rosé wine, elderflower liqueur, brandy, fresh lemon juice, granulated sugar, sliced peach, and raspberries.
  2. Gently stir the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 8 hours.
  3. Before serving, gently stir the sangria again.
  4. Add ice to the pitcher and glasses.
  5. Stir club soda into the pitcher and pour the sangria into ice-filled glasses.
  6. Garnish with additional fruit, if desired.
