Ingredients

  • Lemon slice, for rimming
  • 1 tbsp. granulated sugar, for rimming
  • 2 tbsp. blue curaçao
  • 2 oz. vanilla vodka
  • 1 1/2 tsp. heavy cream
  • 4 oz. champagne, prosecco, or cava

Instructions

  1. Rim a champagne flute with a lemon slice and dip it in sugar. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing glass, stir together blue curaçao, vanilla vodka, and heavy cream until well combined.
