Ingredients
- 2 oz Nankai Shochu
- 4 oz Tomato or Clamato Juice
- 0.50 oz Fresh Lemon Juice (Lime Juice can be used as an alternative)
- 1-2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 1-2 dashes Hot Sauce
- 1-2 dashes Soy Sauce
- 1-2 pinches Yuzu Pepper (Wasabi can be used as an alternative)
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine the fresh lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and yuzu pepper (or wasabi).
- Add ice to the shaker, pour in the Nankai Shochu and tomato or clamato juice.
- Shake the mixture well and strain it into a highball glass filled with ice.
