Ingredients

  • 2 oz Nankai Shochu
  • 4 oz Tomato or Clamato Juice
  • 0.50 oz Fresh Lemon Juice (Lime Juice can be used as an alternative)
  • 1-2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1-2 dashes Hot Sauce
  • 1-2 dashes Soy Sauce
  • 1-2 pinches Yuzu Pepper (Wasabi can be used as an alternative)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine the fresh lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and yuzu pepper (or wasabi).
  2. Add ice to the shaker, pour in the Nankai Shochu and tomato or clamato juice.
  3. Shake the mixture well and strain it into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish the cocktail with your favorite pickles, vegetables, or a lime wedge.
