Ingredients

  • 2 oz Nankai Shochu
  • 4 oz Tomato/Clamato Juice
  • 0.50 oz Fresh Lemon Juice (Lime Juice also works)
  • 1-2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1-2 dashes Hot Sauce
  • 1-2 dashes Soy Sauce
  • 1-2 pinches Yuzu Pepper (or Wasabi as an alternative)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine the fresh lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and yuzu pepper (or wasabi).
