Ingredients

  • 3 fl oz 100% pomegranate juice
  • 2 fl oz non-alcoholic bourbon or whiskey
  • 1/2 fl oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp Luxardo cherry syrup
  • 1 fl oz Cola
  • 1 fl oz club soda
  • Sprig of rosemary, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine pomegranate juice, non-alcoholic bourbon, lime juice, and cherry syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds to chill the mixture.
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Pour cola and club soda over the mixture.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
