Bloody Mary Bliss
A classic Bloody Mary cocktail with a perfect balance of savory and spiciness.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. tomato juice
- 1 1/2 oz. vodka
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp. freshly grated horseradish
- 3 dashes hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1 dash freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 celery stalk
- Lemon wedge (optional)
Instructions
- In an 11-ounce highball glass, stir together tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, freshly grated horseradish, hot sauce, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
- Fill the glass with about 1 cup of ice cubes, then pour the mixture into a second glass.
- Pour the mixture back and forth between the glasses 3 to 4 times to mix well.
- Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the drink.
- Garnish with a celery stalk and a lemon wedge (optional) and serve.
