Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey
  • 1 oz chilled freshly brewed coffee
  • 3/4 oz Galliano Ristretto liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Whipped cream
  • Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine the Irish whiskey, coffee, Galliano Ristretto, cinnamon syrup, and Angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty.
  3. Strain the mixture into an Irish coffee glass.
