Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey
- 1 oz chilled freshly brewed coffee
- 3/4 oz Galliano Ristretto liqueur
- 1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- Whipped cream
- Ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine the Irish whiskey, coffee, Galliano Ristretto, cinnamon syrup, and Angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty.
- Strain the mixture into an Irish coffee glass.
- Top the cocktail with a generous dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
