Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup freshly brewed and cooled coffee
  • 1/3 cup half and half (or milk)
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons fudge sauce
  • 3 1/2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 2 oz cold coffee
  • 1 scoop coffee ice cream
  • 1 oz milk

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the ice cubes, freshly brewed and cooled coffee, half and half (or milk), granulated sugar, fudge sauce, Baileys Irish Cream, cold coffee, coffee ice cream, and milk.
  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Add more ice if you prefer a frothier texture.
