Ingredients
- 8-10 fresh spearmint leaves
- 4 medium fresh blackberries
- 1/2 lime, cut into four slices
- 1 tbsp stevia erythritol blend sweetener
- 2 oz white rum
- club soda
Instructions
- In a sturdy glass cup, muddle the spearmint leaves, two lime slices, and two blackberries.
- Add the remaining blackberries, lime slices, and sweetener, then muddle again.
- Fill the cup nearly to the rim with ice.
- Pour in the rum over the ice.
