Ingredients
- 6 Mint leaves
- 2 oz Cacao & coffee spiced rum
- 0.75 oz Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice)
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 2 oz Champagne Brut

- In a glass, muddle the mint leaves at the base.
- Add the cacao & coffee spiced rum, lime cordial, orange bitters, and a dash of black pepper.
- Stir the mixture with ice, then strain it into a chilled glass.
- Top the cocktail with Champagne Brut.
