  • 6 Mint leaves
  • 2 oz Cacao & coffee spiced rum
  • 0.75 oz Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice)
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters
  • 1 dash Black pepper
  • 2 oz Champagne Brut

Instructions

  1. In a glass, muddle the mint leaves at the base.
  2. Add the cacao & coffee spiced rum, lime cordial, orange bitters, and a dash of black pepper.
  3. Stir the mixture with ice, then strain it into a chilled glass.
  4. Top the cocktail with Champagne Brut.
