Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon Gran Classico
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 ounce Averna
  • 1/2 ounce bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce high-quality crème de cacao
  • 1/4 ounce Gran Classico
  • 4 ounces hot coffee

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream, Gran Classico, and sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. Warm a mug with boiling water. In a measuring cup, mix Averna, bourbon, crème de cacao, and Gran Classico.
  3. Discard the hot water from the mug and pour the bourbon mixture into it.
  4. Add hot coffee to the mug and stir well.
  5. Top with the prepared whipped cream and serve.
