Ingredients
- 1/4 cup blackberries (about 4-5 large berries, fresh or frozen)
- 1 oz bourbon or whiskey
- 3/4 oz Cointreau or triple sec
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1 sprig fresh thyme

- In a cocktail shaker or tall glass, combine the blackberries and bourbon, then muddle to break up the berries.
