Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raspberries and sliced strawberries, frozen
  • 1/4 cup apricot nectar, chilled
  • 1/4 cup ginger ale, chilled
  • 1/4 cup white grape juice, chilled
  • 2 tbsp vodka
  • 1/4 cup seltzer, chilled

Instructions

  1. Lay the strawberries and raspberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet, freeze for 2 hours, then transfer to a resealable plastic freezer bag and return to the freezer.
  2. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, mix the apricot nectar, ginger ale, grape juice, and vodka.
  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge until ready to serve.
  4. When ready to serve, add the seltzer and frozen berries to the pitcher.
  5. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
