Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz gin
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz soda water
  • 1.50 oz raspberry simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Rosemary sprigs, for garnish
  • Mulberries or raspberries, for garnish
  • For the simple syrup:
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, water, and raspberries to make the simple syrup.
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat and gently simmer for 5 minutes after the first bubbles appear.
  3. Allow the syrup to cool, then strain it.
  4. Pour the gin, fresh lemon juice, soda water, and raspberry simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice.
