Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons frozen pink lemonade concentrate
  • 4-6 fresh blackberries (can use thawed frozen blackberries)
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 ounces coconut water
  • 3 ounces club soda (or soda of choice)
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a glass, combine lime juice, frozen pink lemonade concentrate, fresh blackberries, and fresh mint leaves.
  2. Gently crush the blackberries and lightly muddle the mint leaves to release their flavors.
  3. Add a few ice cubes to the glass, then pour in coconut water.
