Ingredients

  • 4-5 blackberries
  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • Crushed ice
  • Juice of one lime wedge
  • 1/2 cup club soda
  • 1-2 blackberries and a sprig of mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle 4-5 blackberries in a cocktail glass.
  2. Tear 4-5 mint leaves and add them to the glass along with the blackberries.
  3. Mix in 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  4. Pour in 1/2 cup of vodka.
  5. Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice.
  6. Squeeze the juice of one small lime wedge into the glass.
  7. Fill the glass nearly full with crushed ice.
  8. Top up the remaining space in the glass with about 1/2 cup of club soda.
  9. Stir the cocktail with a straw and garnish with fresh blackberries and a sprig of mint.
