Berry Blossom Sour
A delightful and refreshing cocktail that combines acai berry, pomegranate, vanilla, and elderflower flavors with a touch of bitters and a luscious foam topping.
Ingredients
- 5 oz Dilmah Acai Berry with Pomegranate & Vanilla Tea
- 1 oz homemade Dilmah Berry Sensation tea syrup
- 1 oz pomegranate juice
- 1/2 oz homemade vanilla bean syrup
- 5 drops Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
- 8 drops Angostura Bitters
- 3 parts elderflower foam (made with elderflower cordial, egg white, simple syrup, and lemon juice)
Instructions
- In a Boston shaker with ice, combine the tea, pomegranate juice, tea syrup, vanilla bean syrup, and bitters. Shake vigorously.
- Use an ISI whipper to coat the base of a champagne saucer with elderflower foam.
- Strain the shaken mix from the shaker over the elderflower foam.
- Drop two drops of Angostura Bitters on each corner of the cocktail.
- Use a cocktail stick to create a circular pattern in the foam and bitters.
- Serve and enjoy!
