Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of Fresh Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of Pink Lemonade
  • 1/4 cup of Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 tablespoon of Sugar (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of Prosecco
  • 1/4 cup of Vodka or Rum
  • Pink Edible Glitter (optional)
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1 Whole Strawberry and 1 Pineapple Wedge, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse the strawberries, remove the tops, and halve them.
  2. Blend the strawberries until smooth, then strain the puree to remove the seeds.
  3. Add the puree to a glass or pitcher.
  4. Mix in the pink lemonade, pineapple juice, and vodka or rum.
  5. Taste and add sugar, if desired.
  6. Pour the drink into a glass with ice and top up with the Prosecco.
  7. Add a pinch of edible glitter to the glass, then gently stir.
  8. Garnish the glass with a whole strawberry and pineapple wedge. Then, serve and enjoy.
