Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz whiskey, preferably George Dickel No. 12 Tennessee Whisky
  • 1/2 oz aged rum, preferably El Dorado 15 year
  • 1/2 oz Giffard Banane du Brésil
  • 1/4 oz vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 oz cinnamon syrup
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing tin.
  2. Shake the mixture with ice until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
