Banana Pisco Whip

Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/2 ounces pisco
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce banana liqueur (Giffard Banane du Brésil)
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
Instructions
- Combine egg white, pisco, lemon juice, banana liqueur, and simple syrup in a mixing tin and shake vigorously.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a few dashes of Angostura bitters.
