Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 1/2 ounces pisco
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce banana liqueur (Giffard Banane du Brésil)
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine egg white, pisco, lemon juice, banana liqueur, and simple syrup in a mixing tin and shake vigorously.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a few dashes of Angostura bitters.
