Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 4.20 fl oz milk
- 1.50 fl oz Baileys
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- pinch of cinnamon
- freshly grated nutmeg

- On a small plate, pour some brown sugar and moisten the rim of the serving glass with milk, then press it into the brown sugar to create a sugared rim.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg yolk and white sugar until fluffy and the sugar is completely dissolved.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the egg yolk mixture, milk, Baileys, vanilla paste, a pinch of nutmeg, and a pinch of cinnamon.
