Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 4.20 fl oz milk
  • 1.50 fl oz Baileys
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions

  1. On a small plate, pour some brown sugar and moisten the rim of the serving glass with milk, then press it into the brown sugar to create a sugared rim.
  2. In a small bowl, beat the egg yolk and white sugar until fluffy and the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine the egg yolk mixture, milk, Baileys, vanilla paste, a pinch of nutmeg, and a pinch of cinnamon.
  4. Fill the shaker or glass with ice, then stir the mixture until well combined and chilled.
