Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup whole milk
  • 1/8 cup cold brewed coffee
  • 1/8 cup Cream Liqueur (Baileys Irish)
  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup (plus more for serving)
  • 1 cup coffee ice cream

Instructions

  1. In the pitcher of your blender, add whole milk, cold brewed coffee, Baileys, chocolate syrup, and coffee ice cream.
  2. Blend on high-speed until combined.
  3. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and chocolate shavings.
