Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1 strip of lemon zest (about 1-inch wide)
  • 1 very ripe pear
  • Dash of lemon juice
  • 1 ounce pear vodka
  • 1 ounce unflavored vodka
  • 2 tablespoons pear puree
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary syrup
  • 1/8 cup prosecco or sparkling wine
  • Ice
  • Rosemary sprig for garnish

Instructions
