  • 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
  • 1/2 egg white
  • 1 tsp. orange marmalade
  • Ice

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, fresh lemon juice, and Grand Marnier.
  2. Add half an egg white to the shaker.
  3. Spoon in orange marmalade.
  4. Shake vigorously until the mixture becomes frothy, about 1 minute.
