Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 oz. gin, such as Hendrick's
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 3/8 oz. Grand Marnier
  • 1/3 large egg white
  • 1 teaspoon orange marmalade

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, lemon juice, and Grand Marnier in a pitcher; chill until very cold, for at least 2 hours or up to 1 day.
  2. Place the egg white in a small jar and chill until cold.
  3. When ready to serve, shake 2 1/2 oz. of the gin mixture, 1/2 oz. of egg white, and 1 tsp. marmalade in a cocktail shaker until very frothy, approximately 1 minute.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until the outside becomes frosty, about 30 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
