Autumn Frosted Gin Sour

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz. gin, such as Hendrick's
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 3/8 oz. Grand Marnier
- 1/3 large egg white
- 1 teaspoon orange marmalade
Instructions
- Combine gin, lemon juice, and Grand Marnier in a pitcher; chill until very cold, for at least 2 hours or up to 1 day.
- Place the egg white in a small jar and chill until cold.
- When ready to serve, shake 2 1/2 oz. of the gin mixture, 1/2 oz. of egg white, and 1 tsp. marmalade in a cocktail shaker until very frothy, approximately 1 minute.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake until the outside becomes frosty, about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
