Autumn Bourbon Bliss Shake

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups unfiltered apple cider
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 oz bourbon
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Boil the apple cider in a small saucepan, then let it simmer until reduced by half. Cool and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Whip the heavy cream in a chilled bowl, gradually adding the maple syrup until soft peaks form. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- In a blender, combine the cider reduction, bourbon, cinnamon, ginger, maple syrup, and pumpkin puree. Add the ice cream and pulse until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a serving glass and top with maple whipped cream. Serve immediately.
