Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Galliano Authentico
  • 1/2 oz. Bols Genever
  • 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
  • 2 oz. orange juice
  • 1/2 oz. half and half
  • 1 oz. soda water

Instructions

  1. In a shaker tin, combine Galliano Authentico, Bols Genever, pineapple juice, orange juice, and half and half.
  2. Add ice to the shaker tin and shake well.
  3. Pour 1/2 oz. of soda water into the bottom of a Collins glass.
  4. Strain the contents of the shaker tin into the Collins glass on top of the soda water.
  5. Add ice to fill the glass.
  6. Top with the remaining 1/2 oz. of soda water.
