Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Fresh-pressed green apple juice
  • 2 oz. Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. Egg white
  • 4 oz. Sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the apple to measure it, then muddle in the bottom of your shaker.
  2. Add the gin, simple syrup, lemon juice, and egg white to the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously to mix the ingredients.
  4. Double-strain the mixture through a wire mesh strainer into an ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with a fresh slice of apple.
