Ingredients
- 1 oz gin, preferably Neversink
- 1 oz unaged apple brandy, preferably Neversink
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz grenadine
- 1/2 oz egg white
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice (dry shake).
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
- Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a few decorative drops of Peychaud's bitters.
