Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin, preferably Neversink
  • 1 oz unaged apple brandy, preferably Neversink
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz grenadine
  • 1/2 oz egg white

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice (dry shake).
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
  3. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a few decorative drops of Peychaud's bitters.
