Ingredients
- 3/4 cup apple cider
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 3/4 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3/4 tbsp packed dark brown sugar
- 5 cinnamon sticks
- 2 tsp your favorite cider mulling spices
- 1 1/2 - 2 fl oz Ever Clear alcohol
Instructions
- In the Instant Pot, combine apple cider, apple juice, both sugars, 5 cinnamon sticks, and the mulling spices.
- Heat the mixture using the saute setting, stirring occasionally until the sugars have dissolved.
- Lock the Instant Pot lid in place and choose the high pressure setting.
- Set the timer for 45 minutes to bring the Instant Pot to full pressure.
- Allow the Instant Pot to naturally release the pressure.
- Once depressurized, gently stir the ingredients and let the moonshine cool completely.
- Stir in the Ever Clear alcohol.
- Pour the moonshine into glass canning jars, adding a cinnamon stick to each jar.
- Seal the jars well and store in a cool, dark place. Can be consumed immediately, but will improve with age.
