Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Aperol
  • 1 ounce Gin
  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 1 ounce Egg White

Instructions

  1. Combine Aperol, gin, simple syrup, lemon juice, and egg white in an empty mason jar.
  2. Cover the jar and shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds.
  3. Remove the lid and add ice to the jar. Shake again for 15-30 seconds to chill the drink.
  4. Remove the ice from the jar and pour the cocktail into a small coupe glass.
