Ingredients

  • Black Cats lollies for garnish
  • 3 oz. chocolate liqueur
  • 2 oz. vanilla liqueur
  • 1 oz. Original Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 6 oz. Black Cats lollies
  • 2 cups vodka

Instructions

  1. To make the Black Cat vodka, place the Black Cats lollies in a 1-liter bottle and top with vodka. Seal the bottle and set it aside for 72 hours to develop flavors, shaking occasionally.
  2. Thread the Black Cats lollies onto toothpicks for garnish.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add chocolate liqueur, vanilla liqueur, and 3 oz. of the Black Cat vodka. Shake until well combined.
  4. Divide the mixture between 2 martini glasses.
  5. Carefully pour a layer of Irish cream on top.
  6. Garnish with the lolly-threaded toothpicks and serve.
