Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz amaretto
  • 1 oz freshly brewed and cooled espresso
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Ice
  • Coffee beans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a martini glass with ice.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, amaretto, and simple syrup. Add the cooled espresso.
  3. Shake for 15 seconds, then add ice and shake again until the cocktail is chilled.
  4. Discard the ice from the martini glass and strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with 2-3 coffee beans.
