Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz absinthe
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Fresh mint, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine absinthe and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled 3/4 with ice.
- Shake vigorously for about 12 seconds until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a double rocks glass or julep cup filled with crushed ice.
- Stir the drink and top with more crushed ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
